Manic Mondays

Class, remember that Monday you will have a substitute. I've left a blog assignment (which might take more time than normal) and I expect each of you to write in complete sentences. This is a graded assignment.  You might find it beneficial to have your notes and handouts from the previous class periods :)

CSS: Contains fonts, colors, ect....

Java: It enables you to run a little program inside your web page

Java Script: Enables you to update your webpage and refresh your website after it is downloaded

Flash: Animation, games, videos, pictures, ect....

Answer: I want my website to have blogs, pictures, videos, ect.....

2.) How do you envision your website appearing???
Answer: I can see a password at the front of my website so my friends can get on, BUT NOT CRAZY, SCARY, STOCKER PEOPLE!!!! ( THEIR SCARY ) HAHAHAHA!!!:) But, kinda like a facebook!!:):)

3.) What would you like the to have on your home page at the end of the semester???
Answer: I want to see a password, colorfulness, fonts, lots of friends on it, and just like a facebook, ect.....

I am still thinking about my webpage topic. I want it to be something flashy, bit girly, and a bit tomboy.
By the end of the semester, I want my webpage to be a hot spot!!!!

last week we learned HTML which stands 4 hyper text markup language. it is a language that you use 2 wright a website. when you look at it it looks like gibberish but it is very important.
we also learned about CSS, Java, Java Script, and Flash.

as i said in my first post i would like to make a website and w/ this information i may get it up and running by the end of the semester. i am planning it to be a video website that anyone could post on. i am hoping it turns out well.

I think that it will be a game web site. It is going to do many other things, like uploading the latest literals. It will be for entertainment mostly with little facts that go with the stuff.

If it is games very fun and for all ages. Very colorful and has a user name and password to login. For different ages have a different background and information.


For soccer very sporty and tells what NOKC is and what they do.


For a video website anyone can post a video but I have to post it for them.

Good Morning Design Nerds!!!

Last week we discussed HTML and the basics of the code. Today we will get a few lines written and get our file started and saved so that we can add, change, customize, tweak our pages and get them posted! Keep in mind this is a semester project. We don't have to hurry and get it done before class is out and we will be making modifications weekly.

teachers???

Teachers.....................????? Whats the one word u think of when u here teachers?? Is it lots of homework or is it a mean teacher or even a nice and sweet teacher!! Even though u might have a mean teacher for all I know, she or he could be a really good educator. Even though what you see on the outside its not always true. At our school we don't just learn out of a textbook we also do hand on activities!!!:) We don't have mean teachers at our school, we have the sweetest teachers you could ever ever ever have!!! Our teachers teach us so much more than a average teacher teaches his or her students in a school day. My teachers inspire me academically and with my outside school activities. My teachers also inspire me to be a better person and how to serve others before you serve yourself. My teachers are a big part of my heart inside of me. If any of my teachers are reading this I want to thank you so much for always being amazing teachers and always having my back. Love all ya!! Thanks again!!:)

It's great to see that you guys are getting logged in and starting to get the hang of blogging.

Today we covered 8 important areas of consideration in preparing for a web site. Review our information and do some homework so you understand the differences between poorly designed sites and well constructed sites. Of course, our websites won't have multiple pages like most, but there are many things to consider prior to publishing a web site.

Next week lets explore the HTML!

• Fun or alright??? : under progress!!! Mostly fun, but the bad part is we have to write about school, and I dont like school!!!

So Far So Great! The homework hasn't been that bad. What's totally exciting is that the our class gets to design the yearbook! I hope my picture didn't turn out bad:) The teachers this year are totally rockin'!!! I absolutely love sixth grade!!

Omg, today in math was sooooooo boring. That problem was sooooooo long. It had alot of zeros at the end. My head was like sooooooo confused. hahahahhaha!! But, it was fun in a way because I have an awsome teacher, so I guess it was fun in a way!!!:) hahahah!!:)
